About Me

An international student from Taiwan currently studying in the USA. Enjoy traveling around the world and exotic cuisines. Has been to several countries, including Australia, China, Malaysia, and Singapore. Looking forward to visiting countries in Africa, Europe, Middle East, and South America.

When driving on my way to Connecticut from Kentucky in January, 2017, I asked myself about 5,000 times why I decided to pursue a master in business analytics and project management after I already earned a master's degree in nutrition. However, despite the high winds, snow storms, mental and physical fatigue, I kept driving. I’m a person that once I say I’ll do something, I will make it happen.

Now, I put that perseverance to work on several projects and work as a data science intern. I don’t have to make sharp turns on roads anymore, but I have to map those paths; just as driving in those snowing days.

In addition to education, I participate in the Toastmaster club to improve my public speaking and communication skills. Worked as a nutritionist before, I know how important communication is. Sometimes I feel I actually work as a translator because, depending on my audience, I need to be able to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways. Given that one of my childhood dream jobs was translator, I pretty enjoy this role, and keep advancing my communication skills.
